Position: Site Accountant

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Job Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting activities at the construction site.
Maintain daily cash, petty cash, expenses, purchase, and payment records.
Record material purchases, labour payments, subcontractor bills, and site expenses.
Verify bills, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounting reports.
Coordinate with the site team and head office for all accounting-related activities.
Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries and reporting.

Required Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in construction/site accounting.




Valuable knowledge of Tally and accounting software.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, purchase entries, payment entries, and basic taxation.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and accounting report preparation.
Ability to independently manage day-to-day site accounts and required accounting outputs/reports.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Construction/project site accounting experience will be preferred.
