Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and skilled Territory Manager – Insurance to join our growing team at Finvasia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving insurance sales within the assigned territory, managing distribution channels, and achieving business targets. The role involves building robust relationships with partners, ensuring market penetration, and delivering revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of insurance products to achieve assigned business targets
Manage and strengthen relationships with agents, brokers, and channel partners
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory
Ensure effective execution of sales strategies and campaigns
Monitor partner performance and improve productivity
Conduct regular market and competitor analysis
Provide training and ongoing support to channel partners
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines
Manage customer queries and escalations efficiently
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications & years of Experience:
10 years of experience in insurance sales
Experience in managing distribution/channel partners
Robust understanding of insurance products (Life/General)
