Wanted Senior Executive - HR with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospital sector.

Salary: Rs.25000/- to Rs.30000/-

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing and salary-related activities.
Handle recruitment and employee onboarding.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
Manage PF, ESI, PT, Labour Welfare Fund and other statutory compliances.
Maintain HR records, attendance, leave and employee documentation.
Handle HR audits and compliance documentation.
Experience in NABH-accredited healthcare/hospital environment is preferred.
Coordinate with management and departments for HR-related requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
Solid knowledge of payroll, recruitment and statutory compliance.
Positive knowledge of applicable labour laws.
NABH experience is mandatory/preferred.
Valuable communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
