Key Responsibilities
Project Execution: Supervise day-to-day site activities ensuring adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.
Quality Control: Conduct inspections, monitor workmanship, and enforce compliance with codes.
Material & Resource Management: Oversee procurement, inventory, and utilization of construction materials.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with architects, contractors, and clients for smooth project delivery.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain site records, progress reports, and compliance documentation.
Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety,
and environmental standards.Desired Candidate Profile
Robust background in building construction projects (residential, commercial, or institutional).
Hands-on experience with site supervision, quality checks, and contractor management.
Proficiency in construction drawings, BOQ verification, and project scheduling.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and resolve in office challenges.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
