Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Maintenance Technician to handle shift operations in our manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for machine maintenance, troubleshooting, mold setting, and ensuring smooth production with minimal downtime while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Handle shift operations of injection molding machines and ensure continuous production.
Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and breakdown maintenance of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
Troubleshoot machine faults, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
Conduct MTC/HRTC connection, mold sequencer connections, and machine parameter setting as per production requirements.
Monitor machine performance, machine check points during the shift.
Maintain maintenance logs, shift reports, and downtime records.
Coordinate with production to attend the machine break downs.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and 5S practices in the plant.

Root Cause Analysis for machine issues
Preferred Experience
Experience with injection molding machines such as Engel, Ferromatik, Toshiba, Haitian, or similar.
Experience in the plastic manufacturing / injection molding industry.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
