Hypermarket is seeking a Sr. HR Executive to join our team at our Calicut location in Kerala. As a Sr. HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in talent acquisition and recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities
Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Identify and implement effective and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and organizational needs.
Schedule interviews and oversee the preparation of interview questions and selection materials.
Assist with the interview processes, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with other HR staff during the offer process, recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Master's degree (Preferred)
3 years of talent acquisition experience (Preferred)
3 years of recruiting experience (Preferred)
Proficiency in Hindi and English (Preferred)
