Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding overseas education prospects, including country, course, university, and program selection
Conduct profile assessments and guide students in shortlisting suitable universities based on their academic background, career goals, and budget
Handle walk-in, telephonic, website, and social media enquiries
Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Provide accurate information regarding admissions, visa procedures, accommodation, scholarships, and study-abroad processes
Manage the complete student admission cycle from enquiry to enrolment and pre-departure support.
Participate in educational events, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.
Attend university training sessions and workshops to stay updated on international education trends.

Desired Candidate Profile
Any Graduate with 1–4 years of experience in counseling,



telesales
Robust verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet browsing, and email communication.
Candidates residing in and around Calicut city will be preferred.
Willingness to commit to a long-term career and work with the organization for a minimum of two years.
Experience in academic counseling or overseas education counseling will be an added advantage.
Candidates who enjoy interacting with students and maintaining regular follow-ups through phone, email, and WhatsApp.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
