Counselling & Student Engagement
Provide academic and career counselling to prospective students.
Guide learners on course selection, enrolment processes, and career pathways.
Build solid rapport with students and parents to ensure satisfaction.
CRM & Administrative Tasks
Manage student records and inquiries using CRM tools.
Track leads, follow up on prospects, and ensure timely conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support.
Operational Support
Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and events.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
Support sales and marketing teams with lead management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in student counselling roles ( in edtech or education sector).




Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite .
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Management preferred).

Experience in student counselling and admissions.
Knowledge of edtech platforms and digital learning tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
