Inclits Core Ventures Pvt. Limited, a growing real estate company, is looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to planned specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, engineers, and other site personnel.
Monitor construction progress and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
Maintain quality standards and ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor site safety and ensure workers follow safety procedures.
Identify and report site issues, delays, or material requirements to management.
Maintain daily site reports and records.
Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper utilization of resources.
Ensure the site is maintained in an organized and safe condition.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction/real estate role.
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management is preferred.
Positive knowledge of construction processes and site supervision.
Ability to coordinate and manage workers and contractors.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings.
Willingness to work at construction sites in and around Guwahati.
