Eligibility Criteria
Should be currently on SME role for 6 months & Senior Associate with 2 years of experience in current role.
Completed 1 year with nimble International
Over all 5 Years of Experience in RCM

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and coach team members, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
Assign work, manage workflow, and ensure timely billing of claims and worked rejections and maintain TAT.
Manage onshore communications, resolve billing discrepancies and report out daily, weekly and monthly.
Track team performance, identify areas for improvement, and prepare regular reports.
Provide training and development prospects for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
