Responsibilities
Call and follow up with leads and patients
Explain clinic treatments and offers
Schedule appointments
Handle WhatsApp and phone inquiries
Maintain lead records and daily follow-up reports
Coordinate with the front office and marketing team
Requirements
Any degree
Positive communication skills in Tamil
Basic computer knowledge
Strong convincing and follow-up skills
Prior telecalling or customer service experience is preferred
