College graduate or undergraduate, fresher or experienced with up to 1 year of international call center experience
Should have excellent communication and English speaking skills
Knowledge of basic computer operations
Making out-bound calls as per the process requirements and hitting the specified number of right party contacts on daily basis
Valuable listening and responding skills
Should be willing to take up challenges and go extra mile to perform work responsibilities
Should be target oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills
Knowledge of any regional language would be an added advantage
