Location for this role is at Hosur In this role you will manage a warehouse team consisting of 200 people and a span of 110k Sq Ft. You need to drive stock accuracy at internal and external warehouses of the plant, Material Availability @ line by ensuring zero stock abnormalities and proactively alerting material shortages. Set up Governance of warehouse processes. Manage blue collars effectively. Align with the Cycle Count Process and ensure that locator accuracy is maintained well.
In this role you will:
Ensure ABC cycle-count accuracy >99.5%
Ensure all day-to-day activities are executed as per the set procedures
Sound Knowledge in line feeding
Guarantee zero-line stoppages on account of available materials
Challenge to meet project targets
Do inventory analysis and report high value/volume inventory & Improve Turns to industry standards
WMS knowledge
Improve stock accuracy as per corporate guidelines and publish the report on monthly basis with C& PA for discrepancies
Robust hold on Perpetual Inventory, Cycle Count
Take appropriate action to avoid the ageing of parts in stores
Improve claim management process
Improve Team morale by playing active role within the team
Input Out Put Reconciliation know how
Locator mapping skill set
Improve traceability in warehouse
Work on Kitting of materials
All transactions handled within timelines – GRN | Put Away | Invoice Submission | Expense provision | Picking
Qualifications/Requirements
· Diploma in Engineering or a decent graduation from a reputed college or university (with a minimum of 7 years of experience in , Warehousing) – Bachelor’s Engineering Preferred – solid hands on experience on warehouse establishment and process establishment
Desired Characteristics
· Experience in Stores / warehousing, Logistics and writing reports using MS Office
· Experience with ERP systems like SAP and Oracle Apps
· Strong quantitative and analytical skills
· Robust communication skills

· Experience in establishing external warehouse

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
