Key Responsibilities Strategy & Analytics *Design segmentation-based collection strategy: Allocation, Vendor management,

controlling Credit cost.

*Build & deploy EWS models with Risk: DPD 30+ triggers, telematics/GPS inactivity, FASTag drop, fuel card usage dip.

*Optimize channel mix – field, tele-calling, digital nudges, legal, repossession

– for best ROI per segment.

*Stress-test portfolio for external shocks: fuel price, export slowdown,

construction cycles. Prepare contingency dial-up/dial-down plans.

*Set monthly/quarterly targets: GNPA, NPA, Roll-back %, Flow rates, Resolution

%, Recovery %. Team & Capability *Drive R&R;, capacity planning.

Implement digital tools: field app, predictive dialler, AI voicebots, UPI payment links, GPS tracking.

*Ensure 100% compliance with RBI Fair Practices Code, regulatory norms, audit
