We are looking for a motivated TeleSales Executive to join our EdTech team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting leads, understanding their career/training requirements, and converting them into course enrollments.

Responsibilities:
Contact potential students through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Explain our courses, training programs, fees, and career opportunities.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
Maintain lead details and follow-up records.
Handle student queries and provide proper guidance.
Coordinate with the training/admission team for enrollment.

Requirements:
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Interest in sales, education, and career counselling.
Tamil & English communication preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
