Fleet Management: Schedule daily driver assignments, plan productive routes, and track shipments using GPS or logistics software.
Staff Supervision: Manage drivers and dispatch clerks, conduct shift briefings, and monitor performance.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to traffic laws, vehicle safety standards, and driver work-hour regulations.
Maintenance Coordination: Track routine vehicle servicing, log mechanical defects, and minimize fleet downtime.
Problem Solving: Handle real-time delays, breakdowns, or route changes and resolve customer delivery issues.
Reporting: Maintain logs on fuel consumption, mileage, maintenance costs, and delivery metrics.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
