Role & Responsibilities
Coordinate project activities, resources, and information across teams
Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
Generate MIS reports and dashboards using advanced Excel functions
Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders for updates and issue resolution
Identify risks and escalate issues when required
Support project managers in day-to-day operational tasks
Maintain organized records of project files, communications, and deliverables
Ensure compliance with company processes and standards
Requirements
6 mths - 1 year of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting)
Experience in preparing project reports and documentation
Valuable coordination and communication skills
Basic technical understanding (IT/software/process knowledge preferred)
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
Robust communication skills, both verbal and written.
Self-driven, proactive, and highly motivated.
