Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a robust background in Supply Chain Management and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder engagement, project planning, budgeting, risk management, and successful implementation of supply chain transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead large-scale Supply Chain and OTM implementation, upgrade, rollout, and support projects.
Manage project scope, timelines, budget, resources, and overall project governance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to define project objectives and deliverables.
Drive requirement gathering, solution design reviews, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.




Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution.
Provide regular project status updates to leadership and customer stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Logistics, Transportation, Warehouse Management, ERP, and Integration teams.
Manage vendor relationships and offshore/onshore delivery teams.
Support presales activities, effort estimations, and project planning for current opportunities.
