Supply Head – Home & Kitchen

Location: Bengaluru | Experience: 2–3+ years

We are looking for a hands-on Supply Head – Home & Kitchen to build and scale the non-food supply ecosystem across Home, Kitchen and General Merchandise.

Key Responsibilities
Build and manage the manufacturer, wholesaler and vendor ecosystem.
Identify, evaluate and onboard high-quality suppliers.
Own category supply, assortment, margins, inventory and commercial outcomes.
Develop solid vendor relationships and negotiate commercial terms.
Use data and category insights to improve profitability and availability.
Build the supply function from an early stage and eventually lead a team.

Ideal Candidate
2–3+ years of experience in category/supply management across e-commerce, quick commerce or organised retail.
Experience in Home, Kitchen, General Merchandise or adjacent non-food categories.
Robust understanding of vendors, sourcing, category economics and P&L.;
Robust numerical/analytical skills and a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach.
Experience building or scaling a category/supply ecosystem.
Bengaluru-based or willing to relocate.
