Job Description:
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements through effective stakeholder engagement.
Translate business requirements into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
Perform As-Is / To-Be process mapping, gap analysis, and identify prospects for process and digital improvements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, technology teams, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
Participate in and contribute to PI (Program Increment) Planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other Agile ceremonies.
Support prioritisation and management of product backlogs, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones.
Work closely with technology teams throughout the SDLC to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered as intended.
Support UAT, validation, defect resolution, and implementation activities where required.
Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and enhancement of business processes and platforms.
Ensure effective stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
