Work with service teams to improve customer satisfaction.
Ensure service centres meet performance standards.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor and manage operational budgets.
Develop strategies to enhance after-sales processes.
Train and guide service teams for better efficiency.
Coordinate with other departments to meet business goals.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
Experience in after-sales operations, preferably in the automotive industry.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Ability to analyse data and improve processes.
Positive communication and problem-solving abilities.
