Job Description:
Design, develop, configure, and customize Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions based on business requirements.
Work extensively on FSL objects and processes, including Work Orders, Work Order Line Items, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Service Territories, Skills, Operating Hours, and Scheduling.
Develop custom solutions using Apex, Apex Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Flows.
Configure and customize FSL scheduling and optimization, service resources, territories, skills, and appointment management.
Develop integrations between Salesforce FSL and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware, and other integration mechanisms.
Build and maintain custom LWC/Aura components and Apex-based business logic.
Work on Salesforce configuration including Flows, Validation Rules,



Approval Processes, Record Types, Permission Sets, Profiles, and Security Model.
Perform data migration, data loading, data mapping, and data validation activities where required.
Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, development, unit testing, defect fixing, deployment, and production support.
Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, business stakeholders, and offshore/onshore development teams.
Follow Salesforce development best practices, governor-limit considerations, coding standards, and deployment processes.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis and technical solutions.
