Role: Encompass LOS Lead

Location: PAN India

Key Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience with Encompass LOS.
Robust understanding of Mortgage Origination and Servicing processes.
Hands-on experience with Encompass Business Rules, Field Triggers, and Workflow Automation.
Experience with Blend Mortgage Platform.
Strong SQL skills with experience in Snowflake.
Experience in data issue investigation and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Familiarity with Loan Boarding, Loan Image Extraction/Export, Pledging, and Investor-related processes.
Robust communication, documentation, and analytical skills.

Primary Responsibilities
Analyze and document existing Encompass business rules, field triggers, workflows, and configurations.
Investigate legacy rules and automation with limited documentation and determine their business purpose and impact.
Identify obsolete, redundant, or unused business rules and recommend cleanup prospects.




Troubleshoot data issues and unexpected field updates caused by Encompass business rules or automation.
Support and optimize loan boarding, loan image extraction/export, pledging, and investor-related workflows.
Use SQL and Snowflake queries to analyze loan data and support troubleshooting and RCA.
Support Encompass and Blend integrations.
Create and maintain process, workflow, and system documentation.
