Key Responsibilities
Design and configure solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 / CDP.
Build and manage Data Streams, Data Models/DMOs, Segments, and Activations.
Create Calculated Insights to support business use cases.
Develop and troubleshoot Data Cloud integrations with Salesforce and external systems.
Perform testing, debugging, data validation, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Contribute to technical discussions and act as a Data Cloud SME.
