Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard recent business partners.
Drive sales through the ABP/Partner Channel .
Train, mentor, and manage partner performance.
Conduct regular field visits and joint sales calls.
Build solid partner relationships and resolve operational issues.
Ensure compliance while consistently achieving business targets.
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in BFSI .
Robust leadership and partner/channel sales experience .
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Proven ability to drive sales and manage business partners.
