Eligibility
Pursuing or recently completed a Degree/Diploma in Footwear Design, Footwear Technology, Leather Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
Basic understanding of footwear construction, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Positive communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a quick-paced workplace.

Preferred Skills
Internship, academic projects, or practical exposure in the footwear or leather industry.
Basic knowledge of footwear development, pattern making, specifications, and testing processes.
