What you'll do
Run the weekly marketing review: go venue by venue through occupancy and revenue dashboards, flag underperforming venues and slots, and switch the right marketing playbooks on and off.
Own the marketing calendar across all verticals pay-and-play bookings, academy enrolments, renewals and repeat-rate campaigns, corporate events, open events and pickup games.
Direct a 2-person central team (performance marketing + design) — set weekly priorities, review output, unblock them.
Own lifecycle/CRM marketing: WhatsApp broadcast campaigns, app push, renewal journeys and referral pushes using our in-house tools.
Orchestrate venue-level execution: brief venue managers on posters, WhatsApp statuses, pamphlet drops and community-group pushes; ensure it actually happens (we have task-tracking systems for this).
Coordinate offline activity: boards, society/school pamphlet drops and local activations — including vendor management.
Work hands-on with our AI-assisted stack: campaign drafts, A/B tests, performance post-mortems and pricing recommendations are generated in-house — you review,



refine and approve rather than build from scratch.

What we're looking for
Robust task & project management — a key requirement: you’ll coordinate a designer, a performance marketer, venue managers and outside vendors, keeping many small campaigns moving at once. Comfort with task boards, prioritisation and follow-through matters as much as marketing knowledge.
3–5 years in consumer marketing, ideally with exposure to a multi-location business — fitness chains, QSR, salons, edtech centres, or similar — where every location has different numbers and needs different treatment.
Hands-on fluency with Meta Ads and Google Ads — you can read a campaign's numbers yourself, not just a summary deck.
Experience running lifecycle/CRM marketing (WhatsApp, push, email) against retention or repeat-purchase goals.
Data-first temperament: comfortable living in dashboards and defending decisions with numbers.
