Roles and Responsibility

Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Chief Technology Officer or Vice President in a full-stack development setting.
Solid technical skills with expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles, including design patterns, testing, and deployment strategies.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
