Role & responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Explain products/services and generate leads.

Follow up with interested customers and schedule meetings/site visits.

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.

Achieve assigned calling and lead generation targets.

Qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements:

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

02 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
