We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer who can bridge the gap between business and technology by transforming traditional business processes into Agentic AI-powered workflows. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze existing ("As-Is") processes, design intelligent AI-driven ("To-Be") workflows, and deliver production-ready Generative AI solutions.

This role requires ownership of the complete AI lifecyclefrom business analysis and solution design to RAG/LLM implementation, deployment, LLMOps, monitoring, security, and continuous optimization. You will also play a key role in client engagements, solution demonstrations,



and showcasing business value.
Candidate with 6–10 years of experience who works directly with business stakeholders to convert As Is to Reimagined Agentic Workflows
Owns the end-to-end AI lifecycle—solution design, agentic workflows, RAG/LLM implementation, deployment, LLMOps, monitoring, security, and scale-up DevSecOps
Acts as the ‘last-mile AI engineer’, performing business analysis of 'As Is' to 'Reimagined Workflows' while owning the definition, metrics, targets, and realization of the business case, alongside solution packaging and business/client showcasing.
