A Recruiter is a skilled responsible for helping a company hire ideal candidates for open positions. This is a dynamic role with a variety of duties and responsibilities, including:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Create and post job descriptions across platforms
Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain candidate records
Communicate offers and manage negotiation processes
Provide regular reports on hiring metrics
Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions for different roles.
Source candidates through multiple channels like job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers or clients.




Maintain and update applicant tracking systems or recruitment databases.
Communicate with candidates regarding job roles, interview feedback, and offer status.
Work closely with the recruitment team to meet hiring goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment (consultancy or corporate).
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or any relevant field.
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
• Preferred Skills:
• Exposure to hiring for diverse roles (IT/Non-IT/BFSI/Sales/etc.).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment CRMs.
• Result-oriented with a positive and learning mindset.
