Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, and will work cross-functionally to deliver high-impact products that keep IndiaMART ahead in the market.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
Continuously improve and iterate on existing product offerings by collecting and analyzing feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.
Partner closely with the Sales team to ensure they are well-equipped with product knowledge, training materials, and sales collateral to effectively sell enterprise solutions.
Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and ongoing product support.




Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for recent product launches and product enhancements.
Define transparent product value propositions, messaging, and positioning for target customer segments.
Perform competitive analysis to track industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings, ensuring IndiaMART remains competitive in terms of features, pricing, and positioning.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Product Manager .
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate customer needs into clear product requirements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Support, Tech)
Knowledge of enterprise products or B2B platforms is a plus
