Role & responsibilities
Understand and analyze client hiring requirements.
Source high-quality candidates through job portals, qualified networking platforms, databases, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and evaluate candidate profiles to assess technical expertise, experience, cultural fit, and leadership competencies.
Identify and present the most suitable candidates to clients within agreed timelines.
Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with clients by providing proactive communication and recruitment advisory support.
Prepare and share regular recruitment status reports, pipeline updates, and hiring metrics with internal stakeholders and clients.
Meet individual and team performance targets related to candidate submissions, interview conversions, placements, client satisfaction, and revenue generation.

Preferred candidate profile

Hands-on experience hiring for industries such as Manufacturing, Construction, Cement, Power, Steel, Engineering, Infrastructure, FMCG, FMCD, Chemicals, Automotive, and Industrial Products.

Excellent communication skills .
