About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Python Developer (3+ years) to join our rapid-growing engineering team at Invarsys. In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance backend systems and APIs, contributing to cutting-edge solutions, and driving innovation across our product ecosystem.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, secure, and productive applications, leveraging up-to-date frameworks like Django/Flask.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and RESTful APIs
Write clean, effective, and reusable Python code following best practices
Build and optimize server-side logic, database structures, and integrations
Collaborate with product, frontend, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions




Integrate third-party APIs and data sources seamlessly
Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance application performance and scalability
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment cycles
Ensure security, reliability, and performance optimization across systems
Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For
5+ years of hands-on experience in Python development
Strong experience with Django / Flask / FastAPI
Solid understanding of REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and backend architecture
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and cloud environments
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
A self-driven, energetic, and growth-oriented mindset
