Role & Responsibilities
Conduct product and sales training sessions for current employees.
Deliver engaging classroom and on-the-job training programs.
Train employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer handling, and company processes.
Assess trainees' learning through evaluations, quizzes, and feedback sessions.
Identify training needs and recommend suitable learning interventions.
Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
Coordinate with business and sales teams to ensure training objectives are achieved.
Provide regular coaching and refresher training to improve sales performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Trainer, Product Trainer, or Corporate Trainer.
Candidates with a BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) background will be preferred.
Excellent communication skills in Telugu and English (both verbal and written) are mandatory.
Robust presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Valuable understanding of sales processes and product training methodologies.
Ability to engage and motivate trainees.
Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
