Role & responsibilities:
Hiring for 3 locations specifically ( Jharsa, Mahipalpur & Palam)
Responsible for meeting target collections and recoveries.
Ensuring recoveries with minimum delinquency.
Monitor and manage the collection performance of vehicle loan portfolios within the assigned area.
Drive resolution of non-performing and high-risk accounts.
Ensure timely recovery of overdue installments and maintain delinquency levels within organizational targets.
Preferred candidate profile
Must be a Graduate with 5 years of experience in Vehicle loans collection.
Age- Less than 35.
Must have Bike & License.
Proper educational, KYC and Experience documentation must be available.
Must have a team handling Experience.
