Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards and other security personnel.
Prepare duty rosters, assign shifts, and monitor attendance.
Ensure all security procedures and company policies are followed.
Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises.
Monitor CCTV systems.
Investigate security incidents, accidents, and policy violations, and prepare detailed incident reports.
Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire, theft, medical emergencies, or unauthorized access.
Control visitor entry and exit and ensure proper access management.
Coordinate with emergency services, and management when required.
Train, coach, and evaluate security staff to maintain high performance standards.
Conduct security awareness briefings and safety inspections.
Maintain security records, logs, and documentation.
Identify security risks and recommend corrective actions to improve site security.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.

Qualifications

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
