Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, and eyewear products.
Provide guidance on lens types, coatings, and frame options.
Perform lens marking, prescription analysis, and basic optical measurements (PD, Axis, etc.).
Ensure proper lens fitting and frame adjustments for customer comfort.
Maintain inventory, stock availability, and store displays.
Deliver excellent customer service and product education.
Preferred Skills
Experience in optical retail or eyewear sales.
Knowledge of lenses, frames, coatings, and optical terminology.
Lens marking and prescription handling skills.
Robust communication and customer service abilities.
Attention to detail and technical aptitude for optical equipment
