Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and manage invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments.
Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and project accounts.
Monitor project-wise expenses and budget tracking.
Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.
Manage GST, TDS, Qualified Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks.
Maintain payroll records and process employee reimbursements.
Ensure accurate documentation and filing of financial records.
Support management with financial analysis and cost control measures.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance,



or related field.
3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in interior design, construction, architecture, or project-based businesses.
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and accounting principles.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Experience in project costing and vendor management.
Knowledge of inventory and material accounting.
Familiarity with ERP systems will be an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
