Junior Architect (Execution Focused)

Location: Kothanur, Bangalore
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Shift & Schedule: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Monday to Saturday

We are seeking a practical, execution-oriented Junior Architect to join our team in Kothanur. You will focus on turning design concepts into reality through technical documentation, consultant coordination.

What You Will Do
Create accurate working drawings (Plans, Sections, Details).
Build 3D models and basic visualizations.
Support BOQ and material quantity take-offs.
Coordinate designs with Structural and MEP consultants.
Conduct site visits to verify drawings against construction.

What We Look For
Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent).
1–3 years of qualified architecture experience.




Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software.
Robust understanding of construction details and materials.
Sharp attention to detail and clear communication skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Kothanur, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
