Set up and operate CNC machines (Milling, Turning, or VMC/CNC Lathe).
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Load raw materials and tools into CNC machines.
Perform tool offsets and make minor program adjustments as required.
Measure finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.
Inspect components to ensure they meet quality standards and tolerances.
Monitor machine performance and report any operational issues.
Perform routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
Maintain production records and inspection reports.
Follow all company safety policies and 5S workplace standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
