Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries through calls, walk-ins, and online platforms.
Follow up with leads and schedule showroom visits/test drives.
Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer responses.
Conduct post-delivery feedback calls and resolve customer queries.
Generate referrals and maintain robust customer relationships.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
