We are seeking a Textile Machine Operator (Picoting) to join our growing home textile manufacturing team in Karur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating picoting machines, ensuring high-quality edge finishing, and meeting daily production targets.

Responsibilities:
Operate picoting machines for textile production.
Set up the machine and handle fabrics efficiently.
Ensure high-quality picot edge finishing on products.
Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements:
0.6 to 1 year of experience in textile machine operation or picoting is preferred.
Basic knowledge of picoting machines is an advantage.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
