Lighting Fundamentals: Knowledge of balancing natural light and basic studio continuous/strobe lighting, with a keen interest in learning how to manage reflections on glass and ceramics.
Aesthetic & Trend Awareness: A solid innate eye for composition, styling, and a passion for interior design trends.
Short-Form Content Creation: Enthusiastic about capturing behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage and raw mobile video clips for Instagram Reels.
Software Foundations: Solid basic proficiency in editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, alongside design software like Photoshop, Lightroom or Canva.
Creative Collaboration: Willingness to work closely with the Social Media and Creative Leads to brainstorm mood boards, storyboard ad concepts, and turn raw ideas into finished designs.
