Role & responsibilities
Maintenance Execution: Lead daily breakdown and preventive maintenance for critical process equipment and utility systems. [1]
Compliance & Documentation: Maintain strict adherence to cGMP, GDP, and audit readiness standards. Write and update SOPs and equipment logs. [1, 2]
Reliability & Uptime: Track OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and use root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent repeat equipment failures.
Project & Vendor Management: Oversee equipment installation, qualification protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ), and outside contractors. [1, 2]
Spare Parts Management: Monitor critical spare parts inventory and reduce machine downtime. [1]
Preferred candidate profile
Required Experience: - 5 to 14 Years
Required Educational Qualification: - B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech.
