Role & responsibilities
57 years of handson experience in server virtualization, with robust primary expertise in Microsoft HyperV.
Indepth experience in HyperV architecture, Failover Clustering, Live Migration, HyperV Replica, and VM high availability.
Strong handson experience in HyperV performance monitoring, tuning, and capacity planning.
Experience in VM lifecycle management, including provisioning, expansion, optimization, and decommissioning.
Working knowledge of VMware ESXi, vSphere, and vCenter administration (secondary skill).
Experience in server migrations, including P2V and crossplatform virtualization scenarios.
Solid understanding of Windows Server platforms used with HyperV.
Knowledge of SAN storage concepts, multipathing, and VM storage design.
Awareness of Active Directory integration, DNS dependencies, and virtualizationrelated services.
Positive understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
Experience working in enterprise / remote infrastructure support environments.
