Key Responsibilities
Operate conventional milling machines.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and job specifications.
Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces on the machine.
Monitor machining operations and make necessary adjustments.
Ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
Follow safety procedures and company policies.
Maintain production records and inspection reports.
Requirements
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade.
2–3 years of experience as a Milling Operator.
Knowledge of machine setup and tooling.
Ability to read technical drawings.
Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality standards.
Valuable problem-solving and teamwork skills.
