We are seeking a qualified and motivated Architect with a minimum of two years of skilled experience to join our organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling architectural design, technical documentation, quantity estimation, and on-site project execution. This role requires a well-rounded professional capable of managing projects from conceptual stages through to completion.

Key Responsiblities -
Develop architectural concepts, design proposals, and presentation drawings in accordance with project requirements
Prepare detailed working drawings, construction drawings, and technical documentation
Undertake quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
Evaluate material specifications and ensure cost-effective and technically sound solutions
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients for seamless project delivery
Supervise site activities to ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress, and report deviations where necessary
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues arising during construction
Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications & Skills Required -




Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution
Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in architectural practice
Demonstrated experience in estimation, BOQ preparation, and site execution
Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant tools
Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and detailing
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines efficiently.
