Provide desktop and laptop support to end users
Install configure and troubleshoot windows operating systems and desktop applications
Must have one year experience in ticket handling
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer and basic network - related issues.
Perform basic troubleshooting in linux environments
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support team
Maintain accurate documentation and update ticket status
Deliver skilled and customer - focused technical support.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Familiar with remote management

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
