Job description:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) English to teach senior secondary students (Classes XI & XII), preparing them for board examinations while fostering strong language, literature, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in line with the CBSE Board curriculum for Classes XI and XII
Develop lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessments aligned with learning outcomes
Prepare students thoroughly for board examinations, including writing skills, literature analysis, and grammar
Conduct regular class tests, assignments, and periodic assessments; evaluate and provide constructive feedback
Encourage reading habits, creative writing, debate, and public speaking among students
Maintain accurate academic records, report cards, and student progress reports
Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate student performance effectively
Mentor and guide students on personal and academic matters as required




Coordinate with other faculty members for interdisciplinary projects and school events
Participate in curriculum development, workshops, and training sessions
Organize and supervise co-curricular activities such as literary clubs, debate and quiz competitions
Ensure classroom discipline and a positive learning workplace

Required Qualifications
B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory
Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (preferred)

Sound knowledge of CBSE Board curriculum and examination patterns
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to mentor students for competitive exams, Olympiads, and creative writing contests

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
